Contact Management Software

In the early
stages of development: This software is designed to assist
businesses and individuals in managing client contacts, correspondence,
time-billing, sales leads and more.
- Geared toward lawyers, consultants, virtual
assistants, contractors and anyone else who bills for their time and needs to keep
detailed records of client contacts and follow-up activities.
- An easy to use database interface that allows report
generation, address labels, time-tracking, and management reports.
- Tracks the location of client files on your hard
drive allowing you to access them instantly from within your contact
manager. Cross references to physical storage locations.
Gives you all the information pertaining to each individual client at
your fingertips the moment your phone rings.
- Contact management system will integrate with
Outlook, Word, and possibly Excel and QuickBooks (still in design
phase).
- Tracks your marketing and advertising efforts,
showing which campaigns are working for you and which aren't, as well as
the return you're getting on your marketing dollar.
- Keeps track of mileage, meals, entertainment, travel
expenses and relates them to specific customers or projects.
- The contact manager is written in Access and Visual
Basic for Applications.
- The full version includes completely customizable
source code.
- Software Simplified can also provide you with a
customized version if you have specialized needs.
We will be providing three versions of this software at
different price points:
- A free shareware version that users can download from
our site. Access 2000 or 2002 will be required to run the
software.
- A self-installing program that will work on any
Windows 98 or higher PC. MS Access NOT required (a savings of $339
over retail price for a new Access user license).
- A fully programmable Access .mdb file. This version is
geared toward power users who want to build on what we've created to add their own
custom forms, reports and tables within the application. (NOT for
resale!)
